A tranquil lakeside escape at our charming vacation rental! Pet-friendly and fully fenced in. Accommodates 6 guests and boasts a spacious new deck. A cozy electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, walks around the lake, fishing, swimming and being close to so many activities to do in the area. Enjoy the freedom of exploring the lake with our canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks—all included in the price for you enjoy!!

You have the entire property to yourselves. Once you close the gate at the entrance, the property is completely fenced in. the owner does keep a few of his personal vehicles and jet ski in the garages and will periodically come and get one or more to use

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lake House. Beds are comfortable, the space is plentiful and the view delightful. There is a fully fenced yard which my dog ran around. Chairs on the deck allow lake viewing relaxation. If bringing a dog, note that the fence gate needs to be open and closed upon entering (getting in and out of car).

Our family of four needed to find a place to stay for a friend's funeral in Hendersonville. The Lake House was a perfect, peaceful retreat with plenty of space for everyone. It was conveniently located to all of the places we needed to be in town, but at the same time provided a quiet place and plenty of space for rest and reflection. We were able to cook meals as needed in the fully stocked kitchen, but were also close to local breweries and restaurants. The front porch is fantastic. We recommend and would absolutely book again. Moving from Hawaii to South Carolina in 2006 we needed to find a place to take our vacation trips. After 6 years of traveling on the east coast we found Osceola Lake and Mountain Lake Cottages in beautiful North Carolina. Since 2012 we have spent yearly, and sometimes more than one trip a year, staying at the vacation homes available through Mountain Lake Cottages. Why? Because the homes around the lake provided us with relaxation, adventure and comfort for us and our dog. They are very pet friendly! Vacations are having nothing planned once you arrive and the ability to do whatever you want when you want. The lake and homes are centrally located within 30-45 min. from Brevard, Ashville, Black Mountain, Blue Ridge Parkway to name a few towns, and not to mention downtown Hendersonville with its many quaint shops and restaurants. Traveling is the best way to feed the soul and expand the mind. The memories we have made at Mountain Lake Cottages homes will last a lifetime.
