Camp Suite 8 – "Time Out," room for four guests with a queen bed and two twin beds. Includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, and shared porch. and book both Suites 7 and 8 for larger groups. Ideal for outdoor lovers. Close to "The Gorge" and 1 mile to the NEW "Ecusta Bike Trail". Explore Dupont State Forest or bike at Kanuga Mountain Bike Park or 2-miles to downtown Hendersonville, NC. Complimentary lake access and use of canoes, paddleboards & kayaks. Open April 1 - October 31.

The space

Your Camp Suite has been a cherished part of summer camp traditions since the 1930s. Today, the Camp Suites have been thoughtfully updated and modernized to meet the needs of contemporary living, while still preserving their nostalgic charm. Owner Todd Leoni, once a camper himself, fell in love with this special place as a child. When the opportunity arose, he purchased the lake and the surrounding property to preserve the memories he and so many others had made here. Now, he invites you to create your own unforgettable memories in a place that has brought joy to generations.

I just stayed there. It was amazing ! Kids had a blast , manager very nice ! Bbq, camp fire , kayaking, and great nature ! Sliding rock 45 min away , chimney rock 35min away. And white water rafting 1.5 hours away , also zip lining close by . Also freak lake for fishing !

This was our first family cabin vacation. We love being active and outside . This was so much fun. We loved the fire pit and the outdoor area. The cabin is so cozy and clean. we are already planning another trip and looking forward to staying in different cabins. Thank ya so much!

Great little retro camp! You can walk around the lake, take a canoe or kayak out, etc. cabins are older but very clean, well maintained, good comfy beds.Great location, near food choices, near Apple picking, hiking, etc. Great find & we plan to come back next summer. Great videos to see exactly what each cabin looks like.

Thanks for a nice stay! We found our cottage#8 to be very charming and cozy. Perfect space for my husband, 2 small Kiddos and I. Would love to visit again in the summer. Thanks for having us!
