This is the perfect place if you are looking for a nostalgic cabin like it used to be around the mountains. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful lake right at your doorstep. And its super close to town. Lots of restaurants, music, bars, arts, etc. It’s just as pictured and it’s not for you if you like a fancy luxury setting. But it is for you if you love the outdoors and a peaceful, family atmosphere with all the comforts. You really won't be needing anything else! We loved it and want to Come back!!

We have been here many times and will continue too. When we aren't out and about we really enjoy sitting on the deck and just chill. The scenery is very pleasant and we love it there.

Everything was wonderful. Great view from the porch!... Free kayaks and paddle boards. Fire pit. Plenty to do or just relax in the hammock.

I have been coming back to Leoni's Mountain Lake Cottages for many years now. Each experience is amazing! I have planned 2 wonderful family reunions, as well as brought friends and loved ones to the lake. We love to relax, with views of Lake Osceola, enjoying kayaking, paddleboards, canoe, floats, grilling, and fireside smores. The location is just down the road from downtown Hendersonville, with lots of cute shops/cafes. Close proximity to waterfall hikes, breweries, live music, historic homes, views...really something for everyone! And don't get me started on the lovely Leoni family and Michele, the property manager and her husband Alan. All top-quality people, so hospitable and welcoming. It is like home away from home, BUT BETTER!!! Loved every minute and can't wait to return. :) - Fondly, Julie Halpern

We had a family reunion at Leoni's Mountain Lake Cottages last weekend. We took 5 of the 11 camp suites. We had a fantastic time on the lake and around the fire pit making s'mores. The kids were all happy as were the adults. The accommodations were quaint - made us feel like we were all back at sleepaway camp albeit with kitchens. We will definitely be returning soon!

Well this is our nostalgic trip back to 1981, The Savages Camp Mountain Lake. We met here, we fell in love with each other and the place. Happy memories of the children, the counselors, the lake and the fun we had. Thanks Todd Leoni for keeping our memories alive!

The is so much nostalgia in the air here with camp days gone by. We have stayed here twice and hope to try more Camp Suites. There was a double rainbow over the lake. We met a man here named bruce who came back here to relive memories of being a ski instructor in 1986. He had so many stories.

This was our second trip to the lake, and we will definitely be back again! Our favorite outing is to DuPont State Forest. A "hidden gem" is FishstopAccess outside Saluda if you don't mind curvy roads!!!

This was our second stay at this wonderful little place. We love the atmosphere here, and the town of Hendersonville is just ADORABLE! The best part about this place is that it takes you back to a simpler time, and reminds us to just slow down and smell the roses. This is and will continue to be a yearly retreat for us. Don't forget to slow down and enjoy your life and family. We only get one go at this life...so enjoy!
